Now for any U.S. citizen a more productive debate, endeavor over and above any question of race or class division, would be to hold elected officials accountable to his or her oath of office to respect and uphold the U.S. Constitution, an appropriate State Constitution, the rule of law, etc.

Be it past (former Congresswoman Diane Watson) or the present…President Barack Obama, Congresswoman Karen Bass, multiple members of the Congressional Black Caucus, formally petitioned but no response of any kind 2nd District LA County Supervisor Mark Ridley Thomas, Los Angeles City Council persons Bernard Parks, disgraceful Herb Wesson, etc., are under oath to uphold the U.S. Constitution, the California Constitution, the appropriate State Constitution, the "rule of law"……especially in instances to where any law abiding U.S. citizen, who is also a constituent in his or her jurisdiction is egregiously violated by government.

USC, Amendment 14 - Citizenship Rights.

All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

CALIFORNIA CONSTITUTION, ARTICLE 6, JUDICIAL

SEC. 19. The Legislature shall prescribe compensation for judges of courts of record.

A judge of a court of record may not receive the salary for the
judicial office held by the judge while any cause before the judge
remains pending and undetermined for 90 days after it has been
submitted for decision.

“There are cases where an individual has been wrongfully treated by his government and about the only way, unless the individual resorts to court, and even in some cases the courts are not able to give proper relief, the only area or avenue open to the individual is through his representative. When you find a bona fide error has been made, I suggest that you make a maximum effort to remedy it. This I feel is a vital and important function of those of us in the House of Representatives”.

When the court system fails to do its job then elected officials are under oath to hold judges accountable to the Constitution.....a primary function of all elected officials.

Indeed the story is extremely plausible. All President Barack Obama cares about is using people to get votes to promote himself and nothing else.

Let’s be real here.

1. What has BO done to benefit the masses in the Black community?

3. What has BO done to use his influence to honor his sworn duty to uphold the U.S. Constitution in behalf of any law abiding U.S. born descendant of slavery egregiously violated by the atrocities of government?

If the answers to questions 1, 2, and 3 is a huge nothing, then you’ve hit the “jack pot” by answering items 1, 2, and 3 correctly and truthfully.
Since BO himself uses the excuse that he must represent every ethnic group, and not just the Black community......he has even failed here......because the Black community is a part of the “every” ethnic group.

Unlike Reverend Wright who is a Marine Corp Vietnam War Veteran…..President Barack Obama, Tavis Smiley, and Dr. West are not U.S. military War Veterans…..thus there is a difference……….

………………in that anyone who risks being killed in the military during a time of War would have an entirely different perspective of his or her relationship with the U.S. government after such a sacrifice…..

…………meaning any U.S. serviceman or U.S. servicewoman who takes this risk, who also makes it back to the U.S., has earned all the privileges of being a U.S. citizen, including a chance to earn a legitimate living, and would expect no less.

Reverend Wright does have a point and he has a legitimate right to be angry.

Reverend Wright is an honorably discharged Vietnam War Veteran who made the sacrifices…..

………..only to return to a nation that treated him much less than a citizen………

……….Reverend Wright is directing all of his anger at Caucasians, and/or the U.S. Government, when he should be challenging elected officials who hold office at the federal, state, county, and city levels of government who are black like he is, who are under oath to serve him, but who make it a point to do just the opposite……

………just the opposite by ducking, dodging, making excuses, game playing, lying, being deceitful, ignoring, “stop complaining, put on your marching shoes” rhetoric, etc., etc., U.S. born black people who demand that elected officials who are U.S born and black too, do their job as an elected official to competently represent the Black community.

A former FBI agent at the center of one of the biggest discrimination cases in the agency's history has filed a new lawsuit, in which he says the FBI continues to exact retribution for a case he settled back in 1990.

Donald Rochon was 37 years old when he filed his landmark discrimination suit against the FBI. Rochon, who is black, was a young agent in Omaha, Neb., when some troubling things started to happen. In one incident, Rochon returned to his desk to find that someone had put a picture of monkey over his son's face in a family photograph.

Another episode took place shortly after Rochon learned to scuba dive. "Their ideology [was that] blacks couldn't swim," he says. "And they put up a photograph of me and another black person swimming in a garbage dump."

The situation escalated when Rochon and some of his tormentors were transferred to Chicago. He started getting death threats. In one instance, white agents said they would cut off his genitals. Then, about a week later, a death and dismemberment insurance policy appeared on Rochon's desk.

"That was traced back to an FBI agent," he says. The agent forged Rochon's signature on the policy.

The FBI supervisor said it was harmless fun and wrote the incidents off as pranks.

In separate investigations, the Justice Department and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission saw it differently. They found that Rochon was humiliated by agents because he was black. The former special agent in charge of the Omaha office told the EEOC that he considered the pranks to be "healthy" and a sign of "esprit de corps." He said he was aware of Rochon's racial harassment complaints, but he didn't take any formal action.
