I simply wanted to state my regrets for earier comments about Rev. Wright I totally misjudged him, I commented before seeing the entire footage, I was going on what some supporters of Obama said, that Rev. Wright's interview would cause trouble for Obama. First of all I NEED to say I knew better than this after all this is the very reason of this mess got started in the first place people taking a few soundbites out of context. I'm to the point in this election process that my nerves are on end, I am over protective of Obama I am over protective of this whole image that is being projected about the black race especially our churches. When I thought Rev. Wright was possibly causing trouble by defending himself and leaving Obama out to dry. I became enraged.
The purpose of my commenting is to say I OWE REV. WRIGHT A BIG, BIG APOLOGY!!!!! Not only did I watch the entire interview on PBS,but I watch Rev. Wright give what I think to be a very informative addresses on race at the Michigan NAACP event in honor of him. I was in fact SO VERY PROUD OF HIM, HIS COURAGE TO TAKE A STANCE, HIS INSIGHTFULNESS, AND THE WAY THAT HE HANDLED THE ATTACKS ON OUR BLACK CHURCHES BECAUSE OF MISINFORMATION. ANY AND EVERYONE THAT TRUELY WISHING TO GAIN INSIGHT INTO OUR CULTURE AS BLACKS WOULD DO WELL TO WATCH. Not taking anything form Re. Wright's, but Obama's address on race is by far was the most the most stirring in it's own right, but Wright's message stand on it's own.
REV. WRIGHT I APOLOGIZE FOR BEIGN UPSET WITH YOU, I WAS TOTALLY WRONG. INSTEAD OF BEING ANGRY WITH YOU I AM SO VERY PROUD OF YOU. AND YOU ARE VERY CORRECT IT IS BIGGER THAN OBAMA IT IS ABOUT ALL OF US!!! I WAS THE IDIOT THAT SAID THAT REV. WRIGHT SHOULD GET SOME WHERE AND SIT DOWN, THAT HE DID A GOOD JOB OF DEFENDING HIMSELF, BUT WORKED AGAINST OBAMA. I WAS WRONG!!! PLEASE FORGIVE ME!!
I agree with your assessment of Wright's NAACP speech. I too am so proud of this man of God. He is brilliant and also a Marine. (My son served this country for 4 years as a Marine) I saw Rev. Wright's PBS interview and the NAACP interview in their entirety. The former interview was informative and shed an entirely different light on the preacher, his sermons, and his life. The NAACP interview made me so proud all I could say was look at God, and thank you Jesus.

WHITE RACISTS ARE INSULTED TO HEAR THE TRUTH! THEY PRETEND THAT EVERYTHING THEY DO IS APPROPRIATE FOR EVERYONE.
